On October 25, a celebratory event will take place to present the eremuak program at Guata Kultur Fabrika, which will serve as the program’s new host venue. The event will be free of charge and open to all audiences, taking place at both Guata and Zine Antzokia.
eremuak is an open program of the Basque Government aimed at fostering the production of context in contemporary art. Its main goal is to provide a platform for artists and creators, to encourage a climate of debate and exchange, and to establish a workspace that functions as an observatory of contemporary artistic practices.
The event aims to share and give visibility to the program’s activity and to the diversity of projects recently supported, while also creating a space for encounter and exchange with the region. In addition, the day’s program will include the premiere of proposals specifically produced for the Guata building, as well as the second edition of the curatorial space Film Material, dedicated to the presentation of audiovisual works.
