ATEA promotes independent collaboration between local artists, film makers, and educators. The project looks to provide the local context with an open, dynamic structure that allows for a certain degree of improvisation. ATEA arose in AZPI, a refurbished space on Calle Mundaiz in Donostia that brings together urbanists, artists and film makers.
