laura fernández conde

Studied History of Art at the University of the Basque Country. Together with Rosa Parma, she launched T-festa, a platform for diffusing contemporary art and for supporting and encouraging artists who use the T-shirt as an artistic medium. With Jorge Núñez and Rosa Parma she co-founded Puerta, a cultural space in Bilbao which arose from the need to provide a support mechanism for certain artistic processes (with special attention to textiles, radical writing-drawing and experimental, low-cost and/or marginal film). She has also studied dance, choreography and a serigraphy workshop in the Arteleku arts centre in San Sebastián.
