Maite Aizpurua

She has worked as a creator, director, performer, and educator in the Horman Poster and Metrokoadroka collectives, as well as on her own projects (“Resistance is a Physical Problem,” 2019). In five years, she has participated in six full-length plays, five mediation projects, and five other performance projects. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dramatic Arts (Dantzerti), a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology (EHU-UPV), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human and Cultural Anthropology (EHU-UPV). Since her youth, she has worked in social movements and projects related to participatory culture. She currently works at EHAZE, leading various projects. In addition, in 2023, she wrote and published her first literary work, Esnatze basa, as a grant recipient for the Geuretik Sortuak project. In 2024, he created the theater platform Infinitudrama, and the first fruit of this will be the stage works Adarbakarra and Promesarik txikia, which will premiere in the fall of 2025.
