decision: eremuak residency in halfhouse

The technical committee of eremuak and members of Halfhouse, after assessing all the proposals submitted, have awarded the Halfhouse 2017 residency to Jorge Núñez de la Visitación. The residency will take place between July 1st and September 3th of 2017 in the Halfhouse space in Barcelona.
