decision: eremuak residency in Halfhouse 2020

The Technical Commission of Eremuak and members of the Halfhouse, after the evaluation of all the presented proposals, have awarded the residency at the Halfhouse to Daniel LLaría. The residency will take place between August 2nd and October 2nd in the Halfhouse space in Barcelona.
