Publication of the transcription of the talk by Juan Luis Moraza within the framework of the art and public policy I seminars organised by the eremuak programme on January 20 and 21, 2012, at Artium (Vitoria-Gasteiz). Published in the exhibition catalogue Juan Luis Moraza, republic, Queen Sofía Art Centre (Madrid, 2014).

Through this publication, eremuak wishes to continue this publishing line, which in addition to documenting the projects selected in the programme, aims to gather specific writings and texts to create a publishing platform that brings together artists, critics and writers.
